13 So Sauldied for his transgression which he committed against the LORD, even against the word of the LORD, which he kept not, and also for askingcounsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to inquireof it;
13 So death came to Saul because of the sin which he did against the Lord, that is, because of the word of the Lord which he kept not; and because he went for directions to one who had an evil spirit,
13 사울의 죽은 것은 여호와께 범죄하였음이라 저가 여호와의 말씀을 지키지 아니하고 또 신접한 자에게 가르치기를 청하고

14 And inquired not of the LORD: therefore he slew him, and turned the kingdom unto David the son of Jesse.
