19 And he smote the men of Bethshemesh, because they had looked into the ark of the LORD, even he smote of the peoplefiftythousand and threescore and tenmen: and the peoplelamented, because the LORD had smittenmany of the people with a greatslaughter.
19 But the Lord sent destruction on seventy men of the people of Beth-shemesh for looking into the ark of the Lord; and great was the sorrow of the people for the destruction which the Lord had sent on them.
19 벧세메스 사람들이 여호와의 궤를 들여다 본고로 그들을 치사 (오만)칠십인을 죽이신지라 여호와께서 백성을 쳐서 크게 살륙하셨으므로 백성이 애곡하였더라
