17 For thus saith the LORD, Ye shall not seewind, neither shall ye seerain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, that ye may drink, both ye, and your cattle, and your beasts.
17 For the Lord says, Though you see no wind or rain, the valley will be full of water, and you and your armies and your beasts will have drink.
