12 And the mansaid unto Joab, Though I should receive a thousandshekels of silver in mine hand, yet would I not put forth mine hand against the king'sson: for in our hearing the kingcharged thee and Abishai and Ittai, saying, Beware that none touch the young manAbsalom.
12 And the man said to Joab, Even if you gave me a thousand bits of silver, I would not put out my hand against the king's son: for in our hearing the king gave orders to you and Abishai and Ittai, saying, Take care that the young man Absalom is not touched.
12 그 사람이 요압에게 대답하되 내가 내 손에 은 천개를 받는다 할찌라도 나는 왕의 아들에게 손을 대지 아니하겠나이다 우리가 들었거니와 왕이 당신과 아비새와 잇대에게 명하여 이르시기를 삼가 누구든지 소년 압살롬을 해하지 말라 하셨나이다
