12 And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of itreached to heaven: and behold the angels of Godascending and descending on it.
12 And he had a dream, and in his dream he saw steps stretching from earth to heaven, and the angels of God were going up and down on them.
12 꿈에 본즉 사닥다리가 땅위에 섰는데 그 꼭대기가 하늘에 닿았고 또 본즉 하나님의 사자가 그 위에서 오르락 내리락하고
13 And, behold, the LORDstood above it, and said, I am the LORDGod of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed;
13 And he saw the Lord by his side, saying, I am the Lord, the God of Abraham your father, and the God of Isaac: I will give to you and to your seed this land on which you are sleeping.
13 또 본즉 여호와께서 그 위에 서서 가라사대 나는 여호와니 너의 조부 아브라함의 하나님이요 이삭의 하나님이라 너 누운 땅을 내가 너와 네 자손에게 주리니

14 Your seed will be like the dust of the earth, covering all the land to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south: you and your seed will be a name of blessing to all the families of the earth.
14 네 자손이 땅의 티끌 같이 되어서 동서 남북에 편만할찌며 땅의 모든 족속이 너와 네 자손을 인하여 복을 얻으리라

16 And Jacobawaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORDis in this place; and I knewit not.
16 And Jacob, awaking from his sleep, said, Truly, the Lord is in this place and I was not conscious of it.
16 야곱이 잠이 깨어 가로되 여호와께서 과연 여기 계시거늘 내가 알지 못하였도다
