Q109. Does God in this commandment forbid nothing more than adultery, and such like gross sins?
Since our body and soul are both temples of the Holy Ghost, it is His will that we keep both pure and holy; for which reason He forbids all unchaste actions, gestures, words, thoughts, desires, and whatever may entice thereto.
문 109. 하나님께서는 이 계명에서 간음과 같은 심각한 죄들만 금하십니까?
우리의 몸과 영혼은 모두 성령의 성전이므로, 하나님께서는 둘 다 순수하고 거룩하게 지키기를 원하십니다. 그러므로 모든 음란한 행위와 몸짓과 말과 생각과 욕망과, 그러한 것들로 유혹할 수 있는 모든 것을 금하십니다.
