Christ's humiliation consisted in his being born, and that in a low condition1 , made under the law2 , undergoing the miseries of this life3 , the wrath of God4 , and the cursed death of the cross;5 in being buried, and continuing under the power of death for a time.6
그리스도의 낮아지심은 비천한 처지로 태어나신 것과1 율법 아래 나신 것과2 현세의 비참과3 하나님의 진노와4 저주받은 십자가의 죽음을 겪으신 것과5 장사되시고 한동안 죽음의 권세 아래 머무르신 것으로 이루어졌습니다.6
7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.

마태복음 27:46

빌립보서 2:8
8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

마태복음 12:40
40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
40 요나가 밤낮 사흘을 큰 물고기 뱃속에 있었던것 같이 인자도 밤낮 사흘을 땅속에 있으리라
