5 Why should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint.

5 너희가 어찌하여 매를 더 맞으려고 더욱 더욱 패역하느냐 온 머리는 병 들었고 온 마음은 피곤하였으며

1 Run ye to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be any that executeth judgment, that seeketh the truth; and I will pardon it.

1 너희는 예루살렘 거리로 빨리 왕래하며 그 넓은 거리에서 찾아보고 알라 너희가 만일 공의를 행하며 진리를 구하는 자를 한 사람이라도 찾으면 내가 이 성을 사하리라

2 And though they say, The LORD liveth; surely they swear falsely.

2 그들이 여호와의 사심으로 맹세할찌라도 실상은 거짓 맹세니라

3 O LORD, are not thine eyes upon the truth? thou hast stricken them, but they have not grieved; thou hast consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction: they have made their faces harder than a rock; they have refused to return.

3 여호와여 주의 눈이 성실을 돌아보지 아니하시나이까 주께서 그들을 치셨을찌라도 그들이 아픈줄을 알지 못하며 그들을 거의 멸하셨을찌라도 그들이 징계를 받지 아니하고 그 얼굴을 반석보다 굳게 하여 돌아오기를 싫어하므로

4 Therefore I said, Surely these are poor; they are foolish: for they know not the way of the LORD, nor the judgment of their God.

4 내가 말하기를 이 무리는 비천하고 우준한 것 뿐이라 여호와의 길, 자기 하나님의 법을 알지 못하니

5 I will get me unto the great men, and will speak unto them; for they have known the way of the LORD, and the judgment of their God: but these have altogether broken the yoke, and burst the bonds.

5 내가 귀인들에게 가서 그들에게 말하리라 그들은 여호와의 길, 자기 하나님의 법을 안다 하였더니 그들도 일제히 그 멍에를 꺾고 결박을 끊은지라

13 For from the least of them even unto the greatest of them every one is given to covetousness; and from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely.

13 이는 그들이 가장 작은 자로부터 큰 자까지 다 탐남하며 선지자로부터 제사장까지 다 거짓을 행함이라

26 And Jeroboam said in his heart, Now shall the kingdom return to the house of David:

26 그 마음에 스스로 이르기를 나라가 이제 다윗의 집으로 돌아가리로다

27 If this people go up to do sacrifice in the house of the LORD at Jerusalem, then shall the heart of this people turn again unto their lord, even unto Rehoboam king of Judah, and they shall kill me, and go again to Rehoboam king of Judah.

27 만일 이 백성이 예루살렘에 있는 여호와의 전에 제사를 드리고자 하여 올라가면 이 백성의 마음이 유다 왕 된 그 주 르호보암에게로 돌아가서 나를 죽이고 유다 왕 르호보암에게로 돌아가리로다 하고

28 Whereupon the king took counsel, and made two calves of gold, and said unto them, It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem: behold thy gods, O Israel, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.

28 이에 계획하고 두 금송아지를 만들고 무리에게 말하기를 너희가 다시는 예루살렘에 올라갈 것이 없도다 이스라엘아 이는 너희를 애굽 땅에서 인도하여 올린 너희 신이라 하고

29 And he set the one in Bethel, and the other put he in Dan.

29 하나는 벧엘에 두고 하나는 단에 둔지라

30 And this thing became a sin: for the people went to worship before the one, even unto Dan.

30 이 일이 죄가 되었으니 이는 백성들이 단까지 가서 그 하나에게 숭배함이더라

31 And he made an house of high places, and made priests of the lowest of the people, which were not of the sons of Levi.

31 저가 또 산당들을 짓고 레위 자손 아닌 보통 백성으로 제사장을 삼고

32 And Jeroboam ordained a feast in the eighth month, on the fifteenth day of the month, like unto the feast that is in Judah, and he offered upon the altar. So did he in Bethel, sacrificing unto the calves that he had made: and he placed in Bethel the priests of the high places which he had made.

32 팔월 곧 그 달 십 오일로 절기를 정하여 유다의 절기와 비슷하게 하고 단에 올라가되 벧엘에서 그와 같이 행하여 그 만든 송아지에게 제사를 드렸으며 그 지은 산당의 제사장은 벧엘에서 세웠더라

33 So he offered upon the altar which he had made in Bethel the fifteenth day of the eighth month, even in the month which he had devised of his own heart; and ordained a feast unto the children of Israel: and he offered upon the altar, and burnt incense.

33 저가 자기 마음대로 정한 달 곧 팔월 십오일로 이스라엘 자손을 위하여 절기로 정하고 벧엘에 쌓은 단에 올라가서 분향하였더라

16 And he shall give Israel up because of the sins of Jeroboam, who did sin, and who made Israel to sin.

16 여호와께서 여로보암의 죄로 인하여 이스라엘을 버리시리니 이는 저도 범죄하고 이스라엘로 범죄케 하였음이니라 하니라

11 Moreover he made high places in the mountains of Judah, and caused the inhabitants of Jerusalem to commit fornication, and compelled Judah thereto.

11 여호람이 또 유다 여러 산에 산당을 세워 예루살렘 거민으로 음란하듯 우상을 섬기게 하고 또 유다를 미혹케 하였으므로

12 And there came a writing to him from Elijah the prophet, saying, Thus saith the LORD God of David thy father, Because thou hast not walked in the ways of Jehoshaphat thy father, nor in the ways of Asa king of Judah,

12 선지자 엘리야가 여호람에게 글을 보내어 가로되 왕의 조상 다윗의 하나님 여호와의 말씀이 네가 네 아비 여호사밧의 길과 유다 왕 아사의 길로 행치 아니하고

13 But hast walked in the way of the kings of Israel, and hast made Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem to go a whoring, like to the whoredoms of the house of Ahab, and also hast slain thy brethren of thy father's house, which were better than thyself:

13 오직 이스라엘 열왕의 길로 행하여 유다와 예루살렘 거민으로 음란하듯 우상을 섬기게 하기를 아합의 집과 같이 하며 또 너의 아비 집에서 너보다 선한 아우들을 죽였으니

12 If a ruler hearken to lies, all his servants are wicked.

12 관원이 거짓말을 신청하면 그 하인은 다 악하니라

15 But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation.

15 그러한데 여수룬이 살찌매 발로 찼도다 네가 살찌고 부대하고 윤택하매 자기를 지으신 하나님을 버리며 자기를 구원하신 반석을 경홀히 여겼도다

28 But after they had rest, they did evil again before thee: therefore leftest thou them in the hand of their enemies, so that they had the dominion over them: yet when they returned, and cried unto thee, thou heardest them from heaven; and many times didst thou deliver them according to thy mercies;

28 저희가 평강을 얻은 후에 다시 주 앞에서 악을 행하므로 주께서 그 대적의 손에 버려 두사 대적에게 제어를 받게 하시다가 저희가 돌이켜서 주께 부르짖으매 주께서 하늘에서 들으시고 여러번 긍휼을 발하사 건져내시고

11 Moab hath been at ease from his youth, and he hath settled on his lees, and hath not been emptied from vessel to vessel, neither hath he gone into captivity: therefore his taste remained in him, and his scent is not changed.

11 모압은 예로부터 평안하고 포로도 되지 아니하였으므로 마치 술의 그 찌끼 위에 있고 이 그릇에서 저 그릇으로 옮기지 않음 같아서 그 맛이 남아 있고 냄새가 변치 아니하였도다

49 Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy.

49 네 아우 소돔의 죄악은 이러하니 그와 그 딸들에게 교만함과 식물의 풍족함과 태평함이 있음이며 또 그가 가난하고 궁핍한 자를 도와주지 아니하며

5 By thy great wisdom and by thy traffic hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted up because of thy riches:

5 네 큰 지혜와 장사함으로 재물을 더하고 그 재물로 인하여 네 마음이 교만하였도다

25 And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants.

25 그 땅도 더러워졌으므로 내가 그 악을 인하여 벌하고 그 땅도 스스로 그 거민을 토하여 내느니라

33 So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood it defileth the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.

33 너희는 거하는 땅을 더럽히지 말라 피는 땅을 더럽히나니 피 흘림을 받은 땅은 이를 흘리게한 자의 피가 아니면 속할 수 없느니라

34 Defile not therefore the land which ye shall inhabit, wherein I dwell: for I the LORD dwell among the children of Israel.

34 너희는 너희 거하는 땅 곧 나의 거하는 땅을 더럽히지 말라 나 여호와가 이스라엘 자손 중에 거함이니라

38 And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood.

38 무죄한 피 곧 저희 자녀의 피를 흘려 가나안 우상에게 제사하므로 그 땅이 피에 더러웠도다

5 The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.

5 땅이 또한 그 거민 아래서 더럽게 되었으니 이는 그들이 율법을 범하며 율례를 어기며 영원한 언약을 파하였음이라

10 Arise ye, and depart; for this is not your rest: because it is polluted, it shall destroy you, even with a sore destruction.

10 이것이 너희의 쉴 곳이 아니니 일어나 떠날찌어다 이는 그것이 이미 더러워졌음이라 그런즉 반드시 멸하리니 그 멸망이 크리라

24 Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you:

24 너희는 이 모든 일로 스스로 더럽히지 말라 내가 너희의 앞에서 쫓아 내는 족속들이 이 모든 일로 인하여 더러워졌고

11 That the house of Israel may go no more astray from me, neither be polluted any more with all their transgressions; but that they may be my people, and I may be their God, saith the Lord GOD.

11 이는 이스라엘 족속으로 다시는 미혹하여 나를 떠나지 않게 하며 다시는 모든 범죄함으로 스스로 더럽히지 않게 하여 그들로 내 백성을 삼고 나는 그들의 하나님이 되려 함이니라 나 주 여호와의 말이니라 하셨다 하라

10 Hear the word of the LORD, ye rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah.

10 너희 소돔의 관원들아 여호와의 말씀을 들을찌어다 너희 고모라의 백성아 우리 하나님의 법에 귀를 기울일찌어다

11 To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the LORD: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.

11 여호와께서 말씀하시되 너희의 무수한 제물이 내게 무엇이 유익하뇨 나는 수양의 번제와 살진 짐승의 기름에 배불렀고 나는 수송아지나 어린 양이나 수염소의 피를 기뻐하지 아니하노라

12 When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread my courts?

12 너희가 내 앞에 보이러 오니 그것을 누가 너희에게 요구하였느뇨 내 마당만 밟을 뿐이니라

13 Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.

13 헛된 제물을 다시 가져오지 말라 분향은 나의 가증히 여기는바요 월삭과 안식일과 대회로 모이는 것도 그러하니 성회와 아울러 악을 행하는 것을 내가 견디지 못하겠노라

14 Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them.

14 내 마음이 너희의 월삭과 정한 절기를 싫어하나니 그것이 내게 무거운 짐이라 내가 지기에 곤비하였느니라

15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.

15 너희가 손을 펼 때에 내가 눈을 가리우고 너희가 많이 기도할찌라도 내가 듣지 아니하리니 이는 너희의 손에 피가 가득함이니라

21 I hate, I despise your feast days, and I will not smell in your solemn assemblies.

21 내가 너희 절기를 미워하여 멸시하며 너희 성회들을 기뻐하지 아니하나니

22 Though ye offer me burnt offerings and your meat offerings, I will not accept them: neither will I regard the peace offerings of your fat beasts.

22 너희가 내게 번제나 소제를 드릴찌라도 내가 받지 아니할 것이요 너희 살진 희생의 화목제도 내가 돌아보지 아니하리라

14 Then answered Haggai, and said, So is this people, and so is this nation before me, saith the LORD; and so is every work of their hands; and that which they offer there is unclean.

14 이에 학개가 대답하여 가로되 여호와의 말씀에 내 앞에서 이 백성이 그러하고 이 나라가 그러하고 그 손의 모든 일도 그러하고 그들이 거기서 드리는 것도 부정하니라

4 What could have been done more to my vineyard, that I have not done in it? wherefore, when I looked that it should bring forth grapes, brought it forth wild grapes?

4 내가 내 포도원을 위하여 행한 것 외에 무엇을 더할 것이 있었으랴 내가 좋은 포도 맺기를 기다렸거늘 들포도를 맺힘은 어찜인고

5 And now go to; I will tell you what I will do to my vineyard: I will take away the hedge thereof, and it shall be eaten up; and break down the wall thereof, and it shall be trodden down:

5 이제 내가 내 포도원에 어떻게 행할 것을 너희에게 이르리라 내가 그 울타리를 걷어 먹힘을 당케 하며 그 담을 헐어 짓밟히게 할 것이요

6 And I will lay it waste: it shall not be pruned, nor digged; but there shall come up briers and thorns: I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.

6 내가 그것으로 황무케 하리니 다시는 가지를 자름이나 북을 돋우지 못하여 질려와 형극이 날 것이며 내가 또 구름을 명하여 그 위에 비를 내리지 말라 하리라 하셨으니

7 For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah his pleasant plant: and he looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry.

7 대저 만군의 여호와의 포도원은 이스라엘 족속이요 그의 기뻐하시는 나무는 유다 사람이라 그들에게 공평을 바라셨더니 도리어 포학이요 그들에게 의로움을 바라셨더니 도리어 부르짖음이었도다

11 And I gave them my statutes, and showed them my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them.

11 사람이 준행하면 그로 인하여 삶을 얻을 내 율례를 주며 내 규례를 알게 하였고

12 Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that sanctify them.

12 또 나는 그들을 거룩하게 하는 여호와인줄 알게 하려 하여 내가 내 안식일을 주어 그들과 나 사이에 표징을 삼았었노라

13 But the house of Israel rebelled against me in the wilderness: they walked not in my statutes, and they despised my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; and my sabbaths they greatly polluted: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them in the wilderness, to consume them.

13 그러나 이스라엘 족속이 광야에서 내게 패역하여 사람이 준행하면 그로 인하여 삶을 얻을 나의 율례를 준행치 아니하며 나의 규례를 멸시하였고 나의 안식일을 크게 더럽혔으므로 내가 이르기를 내가 내 분노를 광야에서 그들의 위에 쏟아 멸하리라 하였으나

4 Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Judah, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have despised the law of the LORD, and have not kept his commandments, and their lies caused them to err, after the which their fathers have walked:

4 여호와께서 가라사대 유다의 서너가지 죄로 인하여 내가 그 벌을 돌이키지 아니하리니 이는 저희가 여호와의 율법을 멸시하며 그 율례를 지키지 아니하고 그 열조의 따라가던 거짓것에 미혹하였음이라

1 Hear this word that the LORD hath spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying,

1 이스라엘 자손들아 여호와께서 너희를 쳐서 이르시는 이 말씀을 들으라 애굽 땅에서 인도하여 올리신 온 족속을 쳐서 이르시기를

2 You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.

2 내가 땅의 모든 족속 중에 너희만 알았나니 그러므로 내가 너희 모든 죄악을 너희에게 보응하리라 하셨나니

21 Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works, which were done in you, had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.

21 화가 있을찐저 고라신아 화가 있을찐저 벳새다야 너희에게서 행한 모든 권능을 두로와 시돈에서 행하였더면 저희가 벌써 베옷을 입고 재에 앉아 회개하였으리라

22 But I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgment, than for you.

22 내가 너희에게 이르노니 심판날에 두로와 시돈이 너희보다 견디기 쉬우리라

23 And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted unto heaven, shalt be brought down to hell: for if the mighty works, which have been done in thee, had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.

23 가버나움아 네가 하늘에까지 높아지겠느냐 음부에까지 낮아지리라 네게서 행한 모든 권능을 소돔에서 행하였더면 그 성이 오늘날까지 있었으리라

24 But I say unto you, That it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment, than for thee.

24 내가 너희에게 이르노니 심판 날에 소돔 땅이 너보다 견디기 쉬우리라 하시니라

20 And when they entered unto the heathen, whither they went, they profaned my holy name, when they said to them, These are the people of the LORD, and are gone forth out of his land.

20 그들의 이른바 그 열국에서 내 거룩한 이름이 그들로 인하여 더러워졌나니 곧 사람들이 그들을 가리켜 이르기를 이들은 여호와의 백성이라도 여호와의 땅에서 떠난 자라 하였음이니라

23 And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, saith the Lord GOD, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes.

23 열국 가운데서 더럽힘을 받은 이름 곧 너희가 그들 중에서 더럽힌 나의 큰 이름을 내가 거룩하게 할찌라 내가 그들의 목전에서 너희로 인하여 나의 거룩함을 나타내리니 열국 사람이 나를 여호와인줄 알리라 나 주 여호와의 말이니라

24 For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written.

24 기록된 바와 같이 하나님의 이름이 너희로 인하여 이방인 중에서 모독을 받는도다

34 Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.

34 의는 나라로 영화롭게 하고 죄는 백성을 욕되게 하느니라

8 If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them.

8 만일 나의 말한 그 민족이 그 악에서 돌이키면 내가 그에게 내리기로 생각하였던 재앙에 대하여 뜻을 돌이키겠고

5 So the people of Nineveh believed God, and proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them even to the least of them.

5 니느웨 백성이 하나님을 믿고 금식을 선포하고 무론 대소하고 굵은 베를 입은지라

12 Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:

12 여호와의 말씀에 너희는 이제라도 금식하며 울며 애통하고 마음을 다하여 내게로 돌아오라 하셨나니

40 If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;

40 그들이 자기 죄와 그 열조의 죄와 및 그들이 나를 거스린 허물을 자복하고 또 자기들이 나를 대항하였으므로

2 And shalt return unto the LORD thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul;

2 너와 네 자손이 네 하나님 여호와께로 돌아와 내가 오늘날 네게 명한 것을 온전히 따라서 마음을 다하고 성품을 다하여 여호와의 말씀을 순종하면

10 And the children of Israel cried unto the LORD, saying, We have sinned against thee, both because we have forsaken our God, and also served Baalim.

10 이스라엘 자손이 여호와께 부르짖어 가로되 우리가 우리 하나님을 버리고 바알들을 섬김으로 주께 범죄하였나이다

47 Yet if they shall bethink themselves in the land whither they were carried captives, and repent, and make supplication unto thee in the land of them that carried them captives, saying, We have sinned, and have done perversely, we have committed wickedness;

47 저희가 사로잡혀 간 땅에서 스스로 깨닫고 그 사로잡은 자의 땅에서 돌이켜 주께 간구하기를 우리가 범죄하여 패역을 행하며 악을 지었나이다 하며

48 And so return unto thee with all their heart, and with all their soul, in the land of their enemies, which led them away captive, and pray unto thee toward their land, which thou gavest unto their fathers, the city which thou hast chosen, and the house which I have built for thy name:

48 자기를 사로잡아 간 적국의 땅에서 온 마음과 온 뜻으로 주께 돌아와서 주께서 그 열조에게 주신 땅 곧 주의 빼신 성과 내가 주의 이름을 위하여 건축한 전 있는 편을 향하여 주께 기도하거든

16 Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;

16 너희는 스스로 씻으며 스스로 깨끗케 하여 내 목전에서 너희 악업을 버리며 악행을 그치고

1 O Israel, return unto the LORD thy God; for thou hast fallen by thine iniquity.

1 이스라엘아 네 하나님 여호와께로 돌아 오라 네가 불의함을 인하여 엎드러졌느니라

2 Take with you words, and turn to the LORD: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive us graciously: so will we render the calves of our lips.

2 너는 말씀을 가지고 여호와께로 돌아 와서 아뢰기를 모든 불의를 제하시고 선한바를 받으소서 우리가 입술로 수송아지를 대신하여 주께 드리리이다

10 And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.

10 하나님이 그들의 행한 것 곧 그 악한 길에서 돌이켜 떠난 것을 감찰하시고 뜻을 돌이키사 그들에게 내리리라 말씀하신 재앙을 내리지 아니하시니라

136 Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not thy law.

136 저희가 주의 법을 지키지 아니하므로 내 눈물이 시냇물 같이 흐르나이다

4 And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.

4 이르시되 너는 예루살렘 성읍 중에 순행하여 그 가운데서 행하는 모든 가증한 일로 인하여 탄식하며 우는 자의 이마에 표하라 하시고

6 And it came to pass, that when he had commanded the man clothed with linen, saying, Take fire from between the wheels, from between the cherubims; then he went in, and stood beside the wheels.

6 하나님이 가는 베옷 입은 자에게 명하시기를 바퀴 사이 곧 그룹들 사이에서 불을 취하라 하셨으므로 그가 들어가 바퀴 옆에 서매

17 But if ye will not hear it, my soul shall weep in secret places for your pride; and mine eye shall weep sore, and run down with tears, because the Lord's flock is carried away captive.

17 너희가 이를 듣지 아니하면 나의 심령이 너희 교만을 인하여 은근히 곡할 것이며 여호와의 양무리가 사로잡힘을 인하여 눈물을 흘려 통곡하리라

11 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Smite with thine hand, and stamp with thy foot, and say, Alas for all the evil abominations of the house of Israel! for they shall fall by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence.

11 주 여호와께서 가라사대 너는 손뼉을 치고 발을 구르며 말할찌어다 오호라 이스라엘 족속이 모든 가증한 악을 행하므로 필경 칼과 기근과 온역에 망하되

17 Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O LORD, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God?

17 여호와께 수종드는 제사장들은 낭실과 단 사이에서 울며 이르기를 여호와여 주의 백성을 긍휼히 여기소서 주의 기업으로 욕되게 하여 열국들로 그들을 관할하지 못하게 하옵소서 어찌하여 이방인으로 그들의 하나님이 어디 있느뇨 말하게 하겠나이까 할찌어다

8 Now go, write it before them in a table, and note it in a book, that it may be for the time to come for ever and ever:

8 이제 가서 백성 앞에서 서판에 기록하며 책에 써서 후세에 영영히 있게 하라

9 That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD:

9 대저 이는 패역한 백성이요 거짓말 하는 자식이요 여호와의 법을 듣기 싫어하는 자식이라

1 Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and show my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.

1 크게 외치라 아끼지 말라 네 목소리를 나팔 같이 날려 내 백성에게 그 허물을, 야곱 집에 그 죄를 고하라

3 And he said unto me, Son of man, I send thee to the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation that hath rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me, even unto this very day.

3 내게 이르시되 인자야 내가 너를 이스라엘 자손 곧 패역한 백성, 나를 배반하는 자에게 보내노라 그들과 그 열조가 내게 범죄하여 오늘날까지 이르렀나니

4 For they are impudent children and stiffhearted. I do send thee unto them; and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD.

4 이 자손은 얼굴이 뻔뻔하고 마음이 강퍅한 자니라 내가 너를 그들에게 보내노니 너는 그들에게 이르기를 주 여호와의 말씀이 이러하시다 하라

5 And they, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear, (for they are a rebellious house,) yet shall know that there hath been a prophet among them.

5 그들은 패역한 족속이라 듣든지 아니 듣든지 그들 가운데 선지자 있은 줄은 알찌니라

2 Now, thou son of man, wilt thou judge, wilt thou judge the bloody city? yea, thou shalt show her all her abominations.

2 인자야 네가 국문하려느냐 이 피 흘린 성읍을 국문하려느냐 그리하려거든 자기의 모든 가증한 일을 그들로 알게 하라

2 Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for their wickedness is come up before me.

2 너는 일어나 저 큰 성읍 니느웨로 가서 그것을 쳐서 외치라 그 악독이 내 앞에 상달하였음이니라 하시니라

22 But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.

22 그들이 만일 나의 회의에 참예하였더면 내 백성에게 내 말을 들려서 그들로 악한 길과 악한 행위에서 돌이키게 하였으리라

31 And Moses returned unto the LORD, and said, Oh, this people have sinned a great sin, and have made them gods of gold.

31 여호와께로 다시 나아가 여짜오되 슬프도소이다 이 백성이 자기들을 위하여 금신을 만들었사오니 큰 죄를 범하였나이다

32 Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin--; and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written.

32 그러나 합의하시면 이제 그들의 죄를 사하시옵소서 그렇지 않사오면 원컨대 주의 기록하신 책에서 내 이름을 지워 버려주옵소서

17 Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O LORD, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God?

17 여호와께 수종드는 제사장들은 낭실과 단 사이에서 울며 이르기를 여호와여 주의 백성을 긍휼히 여기소서 주의 기업으로 욕되게 하여 열국들로 그들을 관할하지 못하게 하옵소서 어찌하여 이방인으로 그들의 하나님이 어디 있느뇨 말하게 하겠나이까 할찌어다

15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.

15 너희가 손을 펼 때에 내가 눈을 가리우고 너희가 많이 기도할찌라도 내가 듣지 아니하리니 이는 너희의 손에 피가 가득함이니라

2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

2 오직 너희 죄악이 너희와 너희 하나님 사이를 내었고 너희 죄가 그 얼굴을 가리워서 너희를 듣지 않으시게 함이니

10 Hear the word of the LORD, ye rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah.

10 너희 소돔의 관원들아 여호와의 말씀을 들을찌어다 너희 고모라의 백성아 우리 하나님의 법에 귀를 기울일찌어다

11 To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the LORD: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.

11 여호와께서 말씀하시되 너희의 무수한 제물이 내게 무엇이 유익하뇨 나는 수양의 번제와 살진 짐승의 기름에 배불렀고 나는 수송아지나 어린 양이나 수염소의 피를 기뻐하지 아니하노라

12 When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread my courts?

12 너희가 내 앞에 보이러 오니 그것을 누가 너희에게 요구하였느뇨 내 마당만 밟을 뿐이니라

13 Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.

13 헛된 제물을 다시 가져오지 말라 분향은 나의 가증히 여기는바요 월삭과 안식일과 대회로 모이는 것도 그러하니 성회와 아울러 악을 행하는 것을 내가 견디지 못하겠노라

14 Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them.

14 내 마음이 너희의 월삭과 정한 절기를 싫어하나니 그것이 내게 무거운 짐이라 내가 지기에 곤비하였느니라

19 Hear, O earth: behold, I will bring evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not hearkened unto my words, nor to my law, but rejected it.

19 땅이여 들으라 내가 이 백성에게 재앙을 내리리니 이것이 그들의 생각의 결과라 그들이 내 말을 듣지 아니하며 내 법을 버렸음이니라

20 To what purpose cometh there to me incense from Sheba, and the sweet cane from a far country? your burnt offerings are not acceptable, nor your sacrifices sweet unto me.

20 시바에서 유향과 원방에서 향품을 내게로 가져옴은 어찜이뇨 나는 그들의 번제를 받지 아니하며 그들의 희생을 달게 여기지 않노라

9 Will ye steal, murder, and commit adultery, and swear falsely, and burn incense unto Baal, and walk after other gods whom ye know not;

9 너희가 도적질하며 살인하며 간음하며 거짓맹세하며 바알에게 분향하며 너희의 알지 못하는 다른 신들을 좇으면서

10 And come and stand before me in this house, which is called by my name, and say, We are delivered to do all these abominations?

10 내 이름으로 일컬음을 받는 이 집에 들어와서 내 앞에 서서 말하기를 우리가 구원을 얻었나이다 하느냐 이는 이 모든 가증한 일을 행하려 함이로다

11 Is this house, which is called by my name, become a den of robbers in your eyes? Behold, even I have seen it, saith the LORD.

11 내 이름으로 일컬음을 받는 이 집이 너희 눈에는 도적의 굴혈로 보이느냐 보라 나 곧 내가 그것을 보았노라 여호와의 말이니라

12 But go ye now unto my place which was in Shiloh, where I set my name at the first, and see what I did to it for the wickedness of my people Israel.

12 너희는 내가 처음으로 내 이름을 둔 처소 실로에 가서 내 백성 이스라엘의 악을 인하여 내가 어떻게 행한 것을 보라

13 And now, because ye have done all these works, saith the LORD, and I spake unto you, rising up early and speaking, but ye heard not; and I called you, but ye answered not;

13 나 여호와가 말하노라 이제 너희가 그 모든 일을 행하였으며 내가 너희에게 말하되 새벽부터 부지런히 말하여도 듣지 아니하였고 너희를 불러도 대답지 아니하였느니라

14 Therefore will I do unto this house, which is called by my name, wherein ye trust, and unto the place which I gave to you and to your fathers, as I have done to Shiloh.

14 그러므로 내가 실로에 행함 같이 너희가 의뢰하는바 내 이름으로 일컬음을 받는 이 집 곧 너희와 너희 열조에게 준 이곳에 행하겠고

9 Her gates are sunk into the ground; he hath destroyed and broken her bars: her king and her princes are among the Gentiles: the law is no more; her prophets also find no vision from the LORD.

9 성문이 땅에 묻히며 빗장이 꺾여 훼파되고 왕과 방백들이 율법 없는 열방 가운데 있으며 그 선지자들은 여호와의 묵시를 받지 못하는도다

11 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:

11 주 여호와께서 가라사대 보라 날이 이를찌라 내가 기근을 땅에 보내리니 양식이 없어 주림이 아니며 물이 없어 갈함이 아니요 여호와의 말씀을 듣지 못한 기갈이라

37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!

37 예루살렘아 예루살렘아 선지자들을 죽이고 네게 파송된 자들을 돌로 치는 자여 암탉이 그 새끼를 날개 아래 모음 같이 내가 네 자녀를 모으려 한 일이 몇번이냐 그러나 너희가 원치 아니하였도다

38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

38 보라 너희 집이 황폐하여 버린바 되리라

39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

39 내가 너희에게 이르노니 이제부터 너희는 찬송하리로다 주의 이름으로 오시는 이여 할 때까지 나를 보지 못하리라 하시니라

35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.

35 그러므로 의인 아벨의 피로부터 성전과 제단 사이에서 너희가 죽인 바라갸의 아들 사가랴의 피까지 땅 위에서 흘린 의로운 피가 다 너희에게 돌아 가리라

36 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.

36 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 이것이 다 이 세대에게 돌아가리라

25 Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.

25 백성이 다 대답하여 가로되 그 피를 우리와 우리 자손에게 돌릴찌어다 하거늘

24 Therefore saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies:

24 그러므로 주 만군의 여호와 이스라엘의 전능자가 말씀하시되 슬프다 내가 장차 내 대적에게 보응하여 내 마음을 편케 하겠고 내 원수에게 보수하겠으며

1 Woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin:

1 여호와께서 가라사대 화 있을찐저 패역한 자식들이여 그들이 계교를 베푸나 나로 말미암아 하지 아니하며 맹약을 맺으나 나의 신으로 말미암아 하지 아니하였음이로다 그들이 바로의 세력 안에서 스스로 강하려 하며 애굽의 그늘에 피하려 하여 애굽으로 내려갔으되 나의 입에 묻지 아니하였으니 죄에 죄를 더하도다

9 Shall I not visit for these things? saith the LORD: and shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?

9 나 여호와가 이르노라 내가 어찌 이 일들을 인하여 벌하지 아니하겠으며 내 마음이 이런 나라에 보수하지 않겠느냐

27 I have set thee for a tower and a fortress among my people, that thou mayest know and try their way.

27 주께서 가라사대 내가 이미 너로 내 백성 중에 살피는 자와 요새를 삼아 그들의 길을 알고 살피게 하였노라

28 They are all grievous revolters, walking with slanders: they are brass and iron; they are all corrupters.

28 그들은 다 심히 패역한 자며 다니며 비방하는 자며 그들은 놋과 철이며 다 사악한 자라

29 The bellows are burned, the lead is consumed of the fire; the founder melteth in vain: for the wicked are not plucked away.

29 풀무를 맹렬히 불면 그 불에 납이 살라져서 단련하는 자의 일이 헛되게 되느니라 이와 같이 악한 자가 제하여지지 아니하나니

30 Reprobate silver shall men call them, because the LORD hath rejected them.

30 사람들이 그들을 내어버린 은이라 칭하게 될 것은 나 여호와가 그들을 버렸음이니라

8 For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is fallen: because their tongue and their doings are against the LORD, to provoke the eyes of his glory.

8 예루살렘이 멸망하였고 유다가 엎드러졌음은 그들의 언어와 행위가 여호와를 거스려서 그 영광의 눈을 촉범하였음이라

17 But if they will not obey, I will utterly pluck up and destroy that nation, saith the LORD.

17 그들이 그리하지 아니하면 내가 반드시 그 나라를 뽑으리라 뽑아 멸하리라 여호와의 말이니라

12 And it shall come to pass, when seventy years are accomplished, that I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, saith the LORD, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it perpetual desolations.

12 나 여호와가 말하노라 칠십년이 마치면 내가 바벨론 왕과 그 나라와 갈대아인의 땅을 그 죄악으로 인하여 벌하여 영영히 황무케 하되

7 Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy brightness.

7 그런즉 내가 외인 곧 열국의 강포한 자를 거느리고 와서 너를 치리니 그들이 칼을 빼어 네 지혜의 아름다운 것을 치며 네 영화를 더럽히며

8 They shall bring thee down to the pit, and thou shalt die the deaths of them that are slain in the midst of the seas.

8 또 너를 구덩이에 빠뜨려서 너로 바다 가운데서 살륙을 당한 자의 죽음 같이 바다 중심에서 죽게 할찌라

9 Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I am God? but thou shalt be a man, and no God, in the hand of him that slayeth thee.

9 너를 살륙하는 자 앞에서 네가 그래도 말하기를 내가 하나님이라 하겠느냐 너를 치는 자의 수중에서 사람뿐이요 신이 아니라

10 Thou shalt die the deaths of the uncircumcised by the hand of strangers: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.

10 네가 외인의 손에서 죽기를 할례 받지 않은 자의 죽음 같이 하리니 내가 말하였음이니라 나 주 여호와의 말이니라 하셨다 하라

15 And the children of Israel said unto the LORD, We have sinned: do thou unto us whatsoever seemeth good unto thee; deliver us only, we pray thee, this day.

15 이스라엘 자손이 여호와께 여짜오되 우리가 범죄하였사오니 주의 보시기에 좋은대로 우리에게 행하시려니와 오직 주께 구하옵나니 오늘날 우리를 건져내옵소서 하고

16 And they put away the strange gods from among them, and served the LORD: and his soul was grieved for the misery of Israel.

16 자기 가운데서 이방 신들을 제하여 버리고 여호와를 섬기매 여호와께서 이스라엘의 곤고를 인하여 마음에 근심하시니라

6 Whereupon the princes of Israel and the king humbled themselves; and they said, The LORD is righteous.

6 이에 이스라엘 방백들과 왕이 스스로 겸비하여 가로되 여호와는 의로우시다 하매

7 And when the LORD saw that they humbled themselves, the word of the LORD came to Shemaiah, saying, They have humbled themselves; therefore I will not destroy them, but I will grant them some deliverance; and my wrath shall not be poured out upon Jerusalem by the hand of Shishak.

7 여호와께서 저희의 스스로 겸비함을 보신지라 여호와의 말씀이 스마야에게 임하여 가라사대 저희가 스스로 겸비하였으니 내가 멸하지 아니하고 대강 구원하여 나의 노를 시삭의 손으로 예루살렘에 쏟지 아니하리라

43 Many times did he deliver them; but they provoked him with their counsel, and were brought low for their iniquity.

43 여호와께서 여러번 저희를 건지시나 저희가 꾀로 거역하며 자기 죄악으로 인하여 낮아짐을 당하였도다

44 Nevertheless he regarded their affliction, when he heard their cry:

44 그러나 여호와께서 저희의 부르짖음을 들으실 때에 그 고통을 권고하시며

45 And he remembered for them his covenant, and repented according to the multitude of his mercies.

45 저희를 위하여 그 언약을 기억하시고 그 많은 인자하심을 따라 뜻을 돌이키사

46 He made them also to be pitied of all those that carried them captives.

46 저희로 사로잡은 모든 자에게서 긍휼히 여김을 받게 하셨도다

10 And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.

10 하나님이 그들의 행한 것 곧 그 악한 길에서 돌이켜 떠난 것을 감찰하시고 뜻을 돌이키사 그들에게 내리리라 말씀하신 재앙을 내리지 아니하시니라

20 And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous;

20 여호와께서 또 가라사대 소돔과 고모라에 대한 부르짖음이 크고 그 죄악이 심히 중하니

6 And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;

6 소돔과 고모라 성을 멸망하기로 정하여 재가 되게 하사 후세에 경건치 아니할 자들에게 본을 삼으셨으며

8 And Moses said, This shall be, when the LORD shall give you in the evening flesh to eat, and in the morning bread to the full; for that the LORD heareth your murmurings which ye murmur against him: and what are we? your murmurings are not against us, but against the LORD.

8 모세가 또 가로되 여호와께서 저녁에는 너희에게 고기를 주어 먹이시고 아침에는 떡으로 배불리시리니 이는 여호와께서 자기를 향하여 너희의 원망하는 그 말을 들으셨음이니라 우리가 누구냐 너희의 원망은 우리를 향하여 함이 아니요 여호와를 향하여 함이로다

31 And Moses returned unto the LORD, and said, Oh, this people have sinned a great sin, and have made them gods of gold.

31 여호와께로 다시 나아가 여짜오되 슬프도소이다 이 백성이 자기들을 위하여 금신을 만들었사오니 큰 죄를 범하였나이다

4 Speak not thou in thine heart, after that the LORD thy God hath cast them out from before thee, saying, For my righteousness the LORD hath brought me in to possess this land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD doth drive them out from before thee.

4 네 하나님 여호와께서 그들을 네 앞에서 쫓아내신 후에 네가 심중에 이르기를 나의 의로움을 인하여 여호와께서 나를 이 땅으로 인도하여 들여서 그것을 얻게 하셨다 하지 말라 실상은 이 민족들이 악함을 인하여 여호와께서 그들을 네 앞에서 쫓아내심이니라

8 And walked in the statutes of the heathen, whom the LORD cast out from before the children of Israel, and of the kings of Israel, which they had made.

8 여호와께서 이스라엘 자손 앞에서 쫓아내신 이방 사람의 규례와 이스라엘 여러 왕의 세운 율례를 행하였음이라

9 And the children of Israel did secretly those things that were not right against the LORD their God, and they built them high places in all their cities, from the tower of the watchmen to the fenced city.

9 이스라엘 자손이 가만히 불의를 행하여 그 하나님 여호와를 배역하여 모든 성읍에 망대로부터 견고한 성에 이르도록 산당을 세우고

10 And they set them up images and groves in every high hill, and under every green tree:

10 모든 산 위에와 모든 푸른 나무 아래에 목상과 아세라상을 세우고

11 And there they burnt incense in all the high places, as did the heathen whom the LORD carried away before them; and wrought wicked things to provoke the LORD to anger:

11 또 여호와께서 저희 앞에서 물리치신 이방 사람 같이 그곳 모든 산당에서 분향하며 또 악을 행하여 여호와를 격노케 하였으며

12 For they served idols, whereof the LORD had said unto them, Ye shall not do this thing.

12 또 우상을 섬겼으니 이는 여호와께서 행치 말라 명하신 일이라

1 Hear the word of the LORD, ye children of Israel: for the LORD hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land.

1 이스라엘 자손들아 여호와의 말씀을 들으라 여호와께서 이 땅 거민과 쟁변하시나니 이 땅에는 진실도 없고 인애도 없고 하나님을 아는 지식도 없고

2 By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and blood toucheth blood.

2 오직 저주와 사위와 살인과 투절과 간음 뿐이요 강포하여 피가 피를 뒤대임이라

19 Also Judah kept not the commandments of the LORD their God, but walked in the statutes of Israel which they made.

19 유다도 그 하나님 여호와의 명령을 지키지 아니하고 이스라엘 사람의 세운 율례를 행하였으므로

2 Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth: for the LORD hath spoken, I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me.

2 하늘이여 들으라 땅이여 귀를 기울이라 여호와께서 말씀하시기를 내가 자식을 양육하였거늘 그들이 나를 거역하였도다

3 The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master's crib: but Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider.

3 소는 그 임자를 알고 나귀는 주인의 구유를 알건마는 이스라엘은 알지 못하고 나의 백성은 깨닫지 못하는도다 하셨도다

4 Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.

4 슬프다 범죄한 나라요 허물 진 백성이요 행악의 종자요 행위가 부패한 자식이로다 그들이 여호와를 버리며 이스라엘의 거룩한 자를 만홀히 여겨 멀리하고 물러갔도다

5 Why should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint.

5 너희가 어찌하여 매를 더 맞으려고 더욱 더욱 패역하느냐 온 머리는 병 들었고 온 마음은 피곤하였으며

6 From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and putrifying sores: they have not been closed, neither bound up, neither mollified with ointment.

6 발바닥에서 머리까지 성한 곳이 없이 상한 것과 터진 것과 새로 맞은 흔적 뿐이어늘 그것을 짜며 싸매며 기름으로 유하게 함을 받지 못하였도다

7 Your country is desolate, your cities are burned with fire: your land, strangers devour it in your presence, and it is desolate, as overthrown by strangers.

7 너희 땅은 황무하였고 너희 성읍들은 불에 탔고 너희 토지는 너희 목전에 이방인에게 삼키웠으며 이방인에게 파괴됨 같이 황무하였고

29 We have heard the pride of Moab, (he is exceeding proud) his loftiness, and his arrogancy, and his pride, and the haughtiness of his heart.

29 우리가 모압의 교만을 들었나니 심한 교만 곧 그 자고와 오만과 자긍과 그 마음의 거만이로다

30 I know his wrath, saith the LORD; but it shall not be so; his lies shall not so effect it.

30 나 여호와가 말하노라 내가 그 노함의 허탄함을 아노니 그가 자긍하여도 아무 것도 성취치 못하였도다

6 Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every man his soul: be not cut off in her iniquity; for this is the time of the LORD'S vengeance; he will render unto her a recompense.

6 바벨론 가운데서 도망하여 나와서 각기 생명을 구원하고 그의 죄악으로 인하여 끊침을 보지 말지어다 이는 여호와의 보수의 때니 그에게 보복하시리라

13 O thou that dwellest upon many waters, abundant in treasures, thine end is come, and the measure of thy covetousness.

13 많은 물 가에 거하여 재물이 많은 자여 네 탐남의 한정, 네 결국이 이르렀도다

52 Wherefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will do judgment upon her graven images: and through all her land the wounded shall groan.

52 그러므로 여호와께서 가라사대 보라 날이 이르리니 내가 그 조각한 신상을 벌할 것이라 상함을 입은 자들이 그 땅에서 신음하리라

2 Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God:

2 인자야 너는 두로 왕에게 이르기를 주 여호와의 말씀에 네 마음이 교만하여 말하기를 나는 신이라 내가 하나님의 자리 곧 바다 중심에 앉았다 하도다 네 마음이 하나님의 마음 같은체 할찌라도 너는 사람이요 신이 아니어늘

1 Woe to the bloody city! it is all full of lies and robbery; the prey departeth not;

1 화 있을찐저 피 성이여 그 속에서는 궤휼과 강포가 가득하며 늑탈이 떠나지 아니하는도다
