문답 160 설교되는 말씀을 듣는 사람들에게 요구되는 것은 무엇입니까?

What is required of those that hear the word preached?

It is required of those that hear the word preached, that they attend upon it with diligence,¹ preparation,² and prayer;³ examine what they hear by the scriptures;⁴ receive the truth with faith,⁵ love,⁶ meekness,⁷ and readiness of mind,⁸ as the word of God;⁹ meditate,¹⁰ and confer of it;¹¹ hide it in their hearts,¹² and bring forth the fruit of it in their lives.¹³

설교되는 말씀을 듣는 사람들은 부지런함과,¹ 준비와,² 기도로 말씀을 들어야 합니다.³ 듣는 것을 성경으로 살펴보고,⁴ 진리를 믿음과,⁵ 사랑과,⁶ 온유함과,⁷ 기꺼이 받아들이는 마음으로,⁸ 하나님의 말씀으로 받아야 합니다.⁹ 그것을 묵상하고,¹⁰ 함께 이야기하며,¹¹ 마음에 간직하고,¹² 삶에서 그 열매를 맺어야 합니다.¹³

데살로니가후서 2:10

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

10 불의의 모든 속임으로 멸망하는 자들에게 임하리니 이는 저희가 진리의 사랑을 받지 아니하여 구원함을 얻지 못함이니라

야고보서 1:21

21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.

21 그러므로 모든 더러운 것과 넘치는 악을 내어 버리고 능히 너희 영혼을 구원할바 마음에 심긴 도를 온유함으로 받으라

11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

15 But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

15 좋은 땅에 있다는 것은 착하고 좋은 마음으로 말씀을 듣고 지키어 인내로 결실하는 자니라

야고보서 1:25

25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

25 자유하게 하는 온전한 율법을 들여다보고 있는 자는 듣고 잊어버리는 자가 아니요 실행하는 자니 이 사람이 그 행하는 일에 복을 받으리라
