문답 36 은혜 언약의 중보자는 누구이십니까?

Who is the Mediator of the covenant of grace?

The only Mediator of the covenant of grace is the Lord Jesus Christ,¹ who, being the eternal Son of God, of one substance and equal with the Father,² in the fulness of time became man,³ and so was and continues to be God and man, in two entire distinct natures, and one person, for ever.⁴

유일한 중보자는 주 예수 그리스도이십니다.¹ 그분은 성부와 본질이 동일하시고 동등하신 하나님의 영원한 아들이시지만,² 때가 차자 사람이 되셨습니다.³ 그리하여 온전하고 구별되는 두 본성과 한 위격 안에서 하나님이시며 사람이시고, 영원토록 그러하십니다.⁴

요한복음 1:1, 14

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

1 태초에 말씀이 계시니라 이 말씀이 하나님과 함께 계셨으니 이 말씀은 곧 하나님이시니라

14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

14 말씀이 육신이 되어 우리 가운데 거하시매 우리가 그 영광을 보니 아버지의 독생자의 영광이요 은혜와 진리가 충만하더라

요한복음 10:30

30 I and my Father are one.

빌립보서 2:6

6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

로마서 9:5

5 Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen.

5 조상들도 저희 것이요 육신으로 하면 그리스도가 저희에게서 나셨으니 저는 만물 위에 계셔 세세에 찬양을 받으실 하나님이시니라 아멘

골로새서 2:9

9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

히브리서 7:24-25

24 But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.

24 예수는 영원히 계시므로 그 제사 직분도 갈리지 아니하나니

25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

25 그러므로 자기를 힘입어 하나님께 나아가는 자들을 온전히 구원하실 수 있으니 이는 그가 항상 살아서 저희를 위하여 간구하심이니라
