문답 54 그리스도께서는 하나님의 오른편에 앉으심으로 어떻게 높아지십니까?

How is Christ exalted in his sitting at the right hand of God?

Christ is exalted in his sitting at the right hand of God, in that as God-man he is advanced to the highest favour with God the Father,¹ with all fulness of joy,² glory,³ and power over all things in heaven and earth;⁴ and does gather and defend his church, and subdue their enemies; furnishes his ministers and people with gifts and graces,⁵ and makes intercession for them.⁶

하나님이시며 사람이신 그리스도께서 성부 하나님께 지극한 호의를 누리는 자리로 높임받으시고,¹ 충만한 기쁨과² 영광과³ 하늘과 땅의 만물에 대한 권세를 가지십니다.⁴ 교회를 모으고 보호하시며 원수들을 굴복시키시고, 사역자들과 백성에게 은사와 은혜를 공급하시며,⁵ 그들을 위하여 간구하십니다.⁶

28 주께서 생명의 길로 내게 보이셨으니 주의 앞에서 나로 기쁨이 충만하게 하시리로다 하였으니

11 Thou wilt show me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

로마서 8:34

34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

34 누가 정죄하리요 죽으실 뿐아니라 다시 살아나신 이는 그리스도 예수시니 그는 하나님 우편에 계신 자요 우리를 위하여 간구하시는 자시니라
